3rd Armor

A new business tool designed to ensure consistency and accurate (as agreed-to) pricing and invoicing between suppliers and contractors, developed by 3rd Armor founder Paul Raclawski.
Due to an inventory of thousands of parts and products, supply houses and distributors often struggle to manage line-item costs on invoices, leading to significant misalignments from the expected prices. Many
plumbing businesses either aren’t aware of this issue or struggle to monitor it consistently. 3rd Armor is a
service that will build a database specific to each supply house you buy from containing all parts at the
expected cost specific to that supplier. Then as your invoices are emailed to you, 3rd Armor can
automatically pull a copy from your inbox, audit it against the supply house and expected unit/quantity
cost for all of the items on the invoices, and report to the business any misalignments on items costs. 3rd
Armor allows for real-time visibility on all of your actual material expenses.
